CORE FLOW is a semi-manual peeling machine designed to satisfy the need to semi-automate the peeling line, thus reducing the time in the process, increasing production and avoiding manual labour issues.
The polyamide/plastic casing is automatically removed and fed into the collection hopper. During the peeling process the clips are also automatically removed.
After peeling, the peeled product can go directly to slicing, grating, packaging, slicing, etc.
Semi-automated casing removal has advantages over the fully manual process:
