AUTONOMOUS STEAM GENERATOR

The independent steam generator is suitable for industries that do not have a steam supply connection but need to use steam to peel the sausages. 

With a steam pressure of up to 5 bar, it is capable of producing a minimum of 9 kg/h to a maximum of 170 kg/h of steam.

Requirements of supply:

 . Electrical connection (3 ph)

 . Connection to the water supply.

The most important advantage of using steam in sausage peeling lines is to prevent the formation of bacteria, inside product temperature controlled and as well as ensuring uninterrupted production.
