The drying tumbler drum is designed to collect excess brineafter injection. The tunnel provides cost optimization due to the reuse of unabsorbed brine during injection, and/ or a better finish of the product injected in the case where it is to be packaged directly after injection.
The tunnel design and ergonomics ensure uniform and constant passage of the meat within it.
Drain tunnels may be from 1.5 up to 4 meters long.
All models have a variable speed of rotation of the tunnel, which makes it very versatile when comes to optimal results wringing with different types of meat.
The tunnels maybe constructed with a cylindrical plate with holes or tubular bars.
Building materials: 304 and 316L stainless steel.
