Sausage cutter

The sausage cutter/separator is designed to separate fresh and cured sausages and sausages with an output of up to 1.5 metres per second.

PRODUCTS TO PROCESS:

  • Fresh sausage of any length and diameters (Ø) between 6-40mm
  • Cured sausage of any length and diameters (Ø) between 6-40mm
  • Mini-Sausage / Cocktail Sausage / Snack sausages.

The SP line, Peelers for large format products, have been designed to completely automate the process of removing polyamide/plastic casing, thereby eliminating manual labor and its associated drawbacks.   

  • The SP series consists of various models designed to accommodate different product sizes and formats, ranging from 20 to 200 mm in diameter.

  • Enhanced operator safety due to the elimination of knives and tools.

Slicers

  • The ASP-3000, with a high output of 400 metres per minute, is intended for large and demanding productions.
  • The ASP-200, with an output of 250 metres per minute.
  • The MSP-3008 semi-manual peeler, with an output of 55 metres per minute, is intended for small sausage productions.
