Sausage cutter
The sausage cutter/separator is designed to separate fresh and cured sausages and sausages with an output of up to 1.5 metres per second.
PRODUCTS TO PROCESS:
- Fresh sausage of any length and diameters (Ø) between 6-40mm
- Cured sausage of any length and diameters (Ø) between 6-40mm
- Mini-Sausage / Cocktail Sausage / Snack sausages.
The SP line, Peelers for large format products, have been designed to completely automate the process of removing polyamide/plastic casing, thereby eliminating manual labor and its associated drawbacks.
